해체시 질문(도담 98-303) 2006-03-31

아래 데이터에서 해체시 STEP12, 13단계는 하부슬래브를 치고 벽체를 치는것입니다. 12, 13단계를 동시에 STEP을 만드는것과 아래처럼 STEP을 나누는 것과 어떤차이가 있나요?
두단계로 나누어 해보니 모멘트값이 한단계로 하는것 보다 많이 작아지던데..
